The PVC PRO fabric used in the VORTEX SET is designed for maximum gloss, durability, and flexibility. Due to its premium high-shine surface, it shares characteristics with materials like neoprene in puppy play masks—meaning that subtle creases may naturally occur during wear, storage, or shipping.
Additionally, minor variations in color, particularly in the white sections, may be visible under certain lighting conditions. These are a natural result of the PVC PRO material’s structure and reflective properties, adding to its unique and dynamic appearance.
These minor impressions and subtle color variations do not affect the integrity, performance, or overall aesthetic of the set. Instead, they are part of the authentic texture and movement of the fabric.
This does not qualify as a defect or reason for return, as it is an inherent characteristic of PVC PRO. For best care, we recommend hanging the VORTEX SET when not in use to maintain its structure.
